Ebony (74659) is the Cat of the Day from the Oregon Humane Society.

Ebony has it going on! She is a sweet and loving six year old who likes to cuddle at night. She may be a little shy at first but she quickly reveals her playful side. She likes to bat around small mice and other stuffed animals, but a pen top can be a toy too! Ebony has lived with cats and kittens in foster care. She does not pay much attention to the other cats, but she likes the kittens and enjoys playing with them. Ebony will let people pick her up and sometimes she kneads her little paws on an arm or shoulder and purrs while being held. She is a very amiable cat but she is also very clear when she does not want to do something: she'll make squeaky meows and may give a gentle bite if the meow is ignored. Ebony is diabetic and eats dry diabetic cat food. A medical consultation to discuss Ebony's diabetes is included in her adoption fee. All in all, Ebony is one sweet, wonderful cat. Won't you visit her today?

Ebony's adoption fee is $35, which includes a collar, ID tag, microchip, cat carrier, free vet examination, one month of pet health insurance, and plenty of information.  All pets at the Oregon Humane Society are spayed or neutered and subject to prior adoption.  Visit Ebony at 1067 NE Columbia Blvd., or call 503-285-7722 for more information.
