Deliah Fitzgeral: Oregon Humane Society's Cat of the Day
Credit: Oregon Humane Society
This seven month little gal is already a mother with children old enough to find homes. She's had a rough life so far and now it is her time to live the good life of a pampered house cat! She may do best in a home without dogs and with adults and older cat savvy children. You can be the give her the love she deserves!

The Oregon Humane Society’s Cat of the Day is Delilah. At the young age of seven months she is the mama to the two beautiful kittens Aimes (#149523) and Arrow (#149524). Now that they are all grown and ready to find human parents, Delilah feels like it is her turn to shine. This sweet girl can be a bit on the shy side and will benefit from being in a home that will give her the time and space she needs to adjust. Delilah is just a wee kitten herself but has had a rough start at life. She would probably enjoy having another cat friend but it is unknown whether she would appreciate a canine buddy or small children and might do best in an adult home. You can visit Deliah at the Oregon Humane Society, 1067 NE Columbia Blvd., Portland 503-285-7722. Viewing hours are 10-7 Sun-Wed and 10-9 Thurs-Sat. Adoption hours are 10-6:30 Sun-Wed and 10-8:30 Thurs-Sat.
Delilah's adoption fee includes spay, microchip ID, collar and OHS ID tag, initial vaccines, courtesy veterinarian exam, and plenty of post adoption support!
Through the end of July, adopt any adult cat or kitten and take home a second cat or kitten FREE! This offer had been extended through July 31. The Oregon Humane Society is stocked with lots of kittens and adult cats who all need wonderful homes!
Kittens are also available for adoption at the Oregon Humane Society’s Westside Adoption Center located inside of Lexi Dog Boutique and Social Club located at 6100 SW Macadam Ave., Portland 503-327-8219. All the kittens live in “colony rooms” with their fellow felines. Dogs are available at this location also. If you want to know if your potential new best friend gets along with other dogs, this is the place to visit. They spend their days in a large group area alongside other dogs in a doggie day care facility.
