The Oregon Humane Society's Dog of the Day is James Coco. He is a six year old Lhasa Apso mix who is acurious and playful. James Coco will make a great companion for someone who is looking for a new best friend. He has lived with dogs in the past, as well as older children. He does not like fast, unexpected movements so he will need to go to a home with older, dog savvy children. James Coco is used to being allowed on the furniture, having free run of the house and getting lots of attention. He knows sit, stay fetch and down and he loves to play with his toys. You can meet with him at the Oregon Humane Society,  1067 NE Columbia Blvd., Portland 503-285-7722. Visiting hours are 10 to 7 on Sunday-Wednesday; and 10 to 9 on Thursday-Saturday. Adoption hours end 1/2 hour prior to closing each day.

His adoption fee includes neuter, microchip ID, collar and OHS ID tag, initial vaccines, courtesy veterinarian exam, and plenty of post adoption support! Availabilityis subject to prior adoption.
