Cisco (80927) is the Dog of the Day from the Oregon Humane Society.
Cisco is a one year old German Shepherd mix. He is a high energy dog that will need extensive training in his new home. Cisco's enthusiasm is contagious, but he will need to go to an experienced dog owner who will work with him on how to play appropriately. Cisco has not lived with children before but he loves them. He has been very gentle while visiting with them. OHS highly recommends that Cisco go to a cat-free home. If you are a very active person and have lots of time to train your new dog, Cisco just might be your guy. Plenty of support and information from the experienced staff at OHS is available for you. Cisco loves to be with people so much that he cannot be left alone. He will need someone who is home all the time or that can take him to doggy day care when they are not home. A training consult is included with his adoption to help with this.
Cisco's adoption fee is $125, which includes a collar, ID tag, microchip, free vet examination, one month of pet health insurance, and plenty of information. All pets at the Oregon Humane Society are spayed or neutered and subject to prior adoption. Visit Cisco at 1067 NE Columbia Blvd., or call 503-285-7722 for more information.
