The Oregon Humane Society’s Dog of the Day is Chug. He is a sweet and active young one year old Chihuahua/Pug mix. He can be on the independent side and shy at times. Chug enjoys playing and is known to be energetic. He has a good history with cats but hasn't been around many dogs. He was previously potty trained as well as crate trained in his last home. He would do best with older children due to his occasional shyness. A training consultation is included in his adoption. You can meet with him at the Oregon Humane Society, 1067 NE Columbia Blvd., Portland 503-258-7722. Visiting hours are 10-7 Sun-Wed; and 10-9 Thurs-Sat. Adoption hours are 10-6:30 Sun-Wed; and 10-8:30 Thurs-Sat.

Chug’s adoption fee includes neuter, microchip ID, collar and OHS ID tag, initial vaccines, courtesy veterinarian exam, and plenty of post adoption support! Availability is subject to prior adoption.
