Chuck (79970) is the Dog of the Day from the Oregon Humane Society.

Chuck is an extremely outgoing and affectionate five year old Labrador Retriever mix. He was transferred to OHS by Tri-Cities Animal Control so that he could find a new life-long home. This happy tail-wagger is the perfect companion dog for most families. He has the ideal personality traits of being kind, easygoing, and eager to please. His gentle ways, intelligence, and adaptability make him an ideal companion. Chuck is at a great age to take obedience classes which will help him bond quickly to a new owner and new home. He is truly a wonderful dog looking to find a new family. Being a little bit older and set in his ways, Chuck can not go home with children. He can be stubborn at times and will not tolerate overhandling.

Chuck's adoption fee is $85, which includes a collar, ID tag, microchip, free vet examination, one month of pet health insurance, a training consultation, and plenty of information.  All pets at the Oregon Humane Society are spayed or neutered and subject to prior adoption.  Visit Chuck at 1067 NE Columbia Blvd., or call 503-285-7722 for more information.
