The Oregon Humane Society’s Dog of the Day is Choowee. She is a sweet three and half year old Pomeranian who enjoys being with her people as much as she can. Choowee needs to go to a home with older dog savvy children because loud noises and fast movements can frighten her. She also enjoys chasing cats so she needs to go to a cat free home. If you have a lap that is missing a furry loving dog then Choowee may be the gal for you. You can meet with her at the Oregon Humane Society, 1067 NE Columbia Blvd., Portland 503-285-7722. Visiting hours are 10 to 7 on Sunday-Wednesday; and 10 to 9 on Thursday-Saturday. Adoption hours end one half hour prior to closing each day.
Her adoption fee includes spay, microchip ID, collar and OHS ID tag, initial vaccines, courtesy veterinarian exam, and plenty of post adoption support! Availability is subject to prior adoption.
