The Oregon Humane Society’s Dog of the Day is Celeste (shelter #131885). She is a shy, yet charming one year old Terrier mix who is searching for patient owners with a relaxed lifestyle and enough patience to guide her and help her come out of her shell. Celeste may not be the type of canine who comes running up to lick your face right off the bat, but give her time to get to know you and you will see her true colors blossom. If you are looking for a companion to go lots of places with you then Celeste may be your girl. It may take her a little time to adjust to her new environment, but with encouragement and patience she will fit right in. www.oregonhumane.org
