The Oregon Humane Society's Cat of the Day is Connie (117007) who is a special four year old lady looking for just the right match. She came to us through an investigations case where she was one of over 90 cats living in deplorable conditions. Because of her rough first years, Connnie is a little apprehensive of people. We are happy to say she has shown a lot of growth at OHS. With plenty of TLC and the necessary medical attention, Connie has grown into a sweet lady. S he has shown plenty of promise, but will still need a quiet home without children. She may do well with other cats but what she needs most of all is the love of a new family that can give her space to learn to trust. Give Connie a chance to win you over! Your can meet with her at the Oregon Humane Society, 1067 NE Columbia Blvd., Portland 503-285-7722. Visiting hours are 10 am to 7 pm Sunday-Wednesday; and 10 am to 9 pm Thursday-Saturday. Adoption hours end one half hour to closing each day. Connie is a part of the "Lucky 12" campaign with an adoption fee of $12 through January 31st.
Her adoption fee includes spay, microchip ID, collar and OHS ID tag, initial vaccines, one month pet insurance, courtesy veterinarian exam, and plenty of post adoption support! Availability is subject to prior adoption.
