Champ (111091) is the Oregon Humane Society's Dog of the day.  He is a big, happy two year old black Labrador  who wants to make some new friends!  He is loving and well-mannered, and is ready to go walking, hiking, and adventuring with his new people.  Champ has been around other dogs previously and has done well with them.  He is just a big wiggle butt and a lover!  We do not know much about Champ's history, so we recommend that he be introduced slowly to new things at first.. Once he is settled in, Champ will be a fantastic canine companion.  Continued training will help Champ learn the ropes of his new home--and he will love the treats and attention too!  Champ came to OHS through our Second Chance Program from Lane County Animal Regulation, where he was originally found as a stray.  You can meet with Champ at the Oregon Humane Society, 1067 NE Columbia Blvd., Portland. (502-258-7722) www.oregonhumane.org.

His adoption fee includes neuter, microchip ID, collar and OHS ID tag, initial vaccines, one month pet insurance, courtesy veterinarian exam, and plenty of post adoption support!  Availability is subject to prior adoption.
