Cessa (110051) is the Oregon Humane Society's Dog of the Day. He is an active four year old Shetland Sheepdog mix who is looking for the same in his new companion. Cessa is a lively and intelligent dog who needs daily activity and exercise with his favorite person. This Sheltie who is a bundle of fur is ready to continue his education with positive training to help him build his social skills. Cessa can be a bit sensitive and being fussed over gets tiresome for him. True to his breed he can be protective of his surroundings, people and food. Cessa is nervous around kids and will need to live in an adult-only home. A training consult is included with his adoption. He came to the Oregon Humane Society from the Baldwin Park Los Angeles Animal Shelter as a part of our Second Chance program. Cessa is ready to become a member of your household. Visit with him at the Oregon Humane Society, 1067 NE Columbia Blvd., Portland (503-285-7722) www.oregonhumane.org.
His adoption fee includes neuter, microchip ID, collar and OHS ID tag, initial vaccines, one month pet insurance, courtesy veterinarian exam, and plenty of post adoption support! Availability is subject to prior adoption.
