The Oregon Humane Society's Dog of the Day is Buddy Bean (shelter #57533). He is an older Jack Russell Terrier/Beagle mix fellow with a sensitive personality. He may do best with a calm and quiet household as he seems to be afraid of loud noises or unexpected movements. Buddy will need daily exercise and a person that can help him build his confidence. Once Buddy is given time to adjust he is very loving and loyal. Because of his shy nature Buddy Bean will do best in an adult only home or one with older, dog-savvy children. You can meet with him at the Oregon Humane Society, 1067 NE
Buddy’s adoption fee of $50 is the adoption fee for all dogs one year old older for the month of December as a part of the End Petlessness Special. This includes neuter, microchip ID, collar and OHS I.D. tag, initial vaccines, courtesy veterinarian exam, and plenty of post adoption support. Availability is subject to prior adoption.
