The Oregon Humane Society’s Dog of the Day is Bo (pronounced Beau)! He is a four year old Sharpei that has had a hard journey coming here to find his new home. Bo will need some time and patience to really come out of his shell. Bo has never really had a loving home before, but while at the Oregon Humane Society is beginning to learn about the good live and learning about having loving care. He will do best in a quiet home that will give him the time to come along at his own pace. He may never be a social butterfly, but with patience and time Bo will be sure to blossom in the right home. He still needs some work with potty training, and socialization. Do you have what it takes? We’re sure that Bo is ready to learn more about being a pampered pet in a loving home. A training consult is included prior to his adoption. You can be the one to show this Sharpei the love and care he deserves as he adjusts to the good life he deserves! You can meet with him at the Oregon Humane Society, 1067 NE Columbia Blvd., Portland 503-285-7722. Visiting hours are 10-7 on Sunday-Wednesday; and 10-9 on Thursday-Saturday; adoptions end one half hour prior to closing each day.
Bo’s adoption fee includes neuter, microchip ID, collar and OHS ID tag, initial vaccines, courtesy veterinarian exam, and plenty of post adoption support! Availability is subject to prior adoption.
