Bluegrass is a very handsome fellow with outstanding markings that make him a very distinctive cat. Whats more he has a great personality to go with his good looks. This two year old fellow came from another shelter so we don't know much about him, but he's very personable. Come meet him today at the Oregon Humane Society!

The Oregon Humane Society’s Cat of the Day is Bluegrass. He is super-handsome, super-sweet, all around amazingly awesome kitty! This sociable two year old fellow loves making new friends and is always eager to greet you with a purr and a headbutt. Bluegrass came to us from another shelter, so we don't have a history on him. He is FIV+, which means he needs to live indoors only and be the only cat unless others are VIC+ also. Feel free to ask a volunteer or staff member for more information about FIV. Visit Bluegrass at the Oregon Humane Society, 1067 NE Columbia Blvd., Portland, 503-285-7722. Viewing hours are Sun-Wed 10-7 and Thur-Sat 10-9. Adoption hours are Sun-Wed 10-6:30 and Thur-Sat 10-8:30.

His adoption fee includes spay, microchip ID, collar and OHS ID tag, initial vaccines, courtesy veterinarian exam, and plenty of post adoption support! Availability is subject to prior adoption.

Kittens and dogs are available at our Westside Adoption Center located inside of Lexi Dog Boutique & Social Club on 6100 SW Macadam Ave, Portland. Viewing and adoption hours are 10-6 on Mon-Fri and 10-4 on Sat-Sun.
