The Oregon Humane Society's Cat of the Day is Blu (shelter #4432). She is a beautiful Blue Point Snowshoe mix who is a very sweet girl that enjoys affection and attention. At times, this eight year old kitty can be independent but when she learns she is safe she seems to be happy to return the love! Blu has epilepsy and is on long-term medication to keep seizures at bay. Will you and Blu belong to each other? If so, come see her beautiful demeanor and gorgeous light blue eyes and winning personality! Blue is the perfect match with someone who likes the indpendence of a cat, but one who is around to share cat-type love and companionship. You can meet with her at the Oregon Humane Society, 1067 NE Columbia Blvd., Portland 503-285-7722. Visiting hours are 10-7 on Sunday-Wednesday; and 10-9 on Thursday-Saturday. Adoptions end one half hour prior to closing each day.

Blue's adoption fee includes spay, microchip ID, collar and OHS ID tag, initial vaccines, courtesy veterinarian exam, and plenty of post adoption support! Availability is subject to prior adoption.
