Big Cat lives up to his name if not in size in love to be around his people. He will need to be an inside only kitty because of having only one eye which was a result of his rough younger life!

Big Cat is the Oregon Humane Society’s Cat of the Day. This big gentle guy is looking for that special someone to call his own. He has had a rough start to his life and has recently had to have his left eye removed. Because of this he will need to be an indoor only kitty. Big Cat has previously been exposed to other cats and dogs and seems to do well with both. When comfortable in his surroundings Big Cat proves to be quite the affectionate fellow and wants nothing more than to show you his love by giving sweet headbutts. He may be a little overwhelmed at first with the changes of finding a new home and would prefer it if you would take things nice and slow when introducing him into his new forever home. If you are looking for an all-around family cat then Big Cat just might be the guy for you! You can meet with him at the Oregon Humane Society 1067 NE Columbia Blvd., Portland. Visiting hours are 10-7 on Sunday-Wednesday; and 10-0 on Thursday-Saturday. Adoptions end a half hour prior to closing.

His adoption fee includes neuter, microchip ID, collar and OHS ID tag, initial vaccines, courtesy veterinarian exam, and plenty of post adoption support!
