Belmont is a very agreeable as he seems to like most anything and everybody. We aren't sure about his experience with young children. So a new family with older dog savvy children might be best for him!

The Oregon Humane Society’s Dog of the Day is Belmont. He is a sweet, sensitive little three year old Terrier mix who made a long trip to Oregon from California in order to find his forever home! He's a generally happy dog, but he's ready to leave here and settle in with someone that can offer him love and stability and who will include him in their activities. Belmont will be more than happy to accompany you on walks through the neighborhood. He is agreeable to most everything but may do best in a home with older, gentle children. You can meet with him at the Oregon Humane Society 1067 NE Columbia Blvd., Portland. Visiting hours are 10-7 on Sunday-Wednesday; and 10-0 on Thursday-Saturday. Adoptions end a half hour prior to closing.

His adoption fee includes neuter, microchip ID, collar and OHS ID tag, initial vaccines, courtesy veterinarian exam, and plenty of post adoption support! Availability is subject to prior adoption.
