The Oregon Humane Society's Dog of the Day is Brody (120895).  He is an active two and half year old Retriever/Labrador looking for an active companion to help him burn off all his energy!  He loves people almost as much as he loves tennis balls and that's saying a lot . Although he may seem like a silly goofball at times, he's actually a sensitive boy and will need a patient person who can work on positive reinforcement training with him. He cannot go home with kids or cats.  Brody would benefit from further manners training like those offered at the Oregon Humane Society.  A training consultation is included prior to his adoption to help you and Brody get off to a great start.  You can meet with Brody at the Oregon Humane Society, 1067 NE Columbia Blvd., Portland 503-285-7722.  Visiting hours are 10 am to 7 pm Sunday-Wednesday; and 10 am to 9 pm Thursday-Saturday.  Adoptions end one half prior to closing each day.

Brody's adoption fee includes neuter, microchip ID, collar and OHS ID tag, initial vaccines, courtesy veterinarian exam, and plenty of post adoption support!
