The Oregon Humane Society's Dog of the Day is Baby (shelter number 128142). She is one sweet and loving six year old Siberian Husky. She is looking for her new forever home. Baby will need someone that can take her on daily walks and keep her on a strict diet to keep her a happy and healthy dog. She is quick to make friends and strives for attention. Baby is a pretty easy going gal but like most huskies is quick to wonder when not supervised and kept on leash. She enjoys being involved in everything going on around her and is looking for her new best friend. You can meet with her at the Oregon Humane Society, 1067 NE Columbia Blvd., Portland 503-285-7722. Visiting hours are 10am to 7pm on Sunday-Wednesday; and 10am to 9pm on Thursday-Saturday. Adoptions end one half hour prior to closing each day.
The adoption fee includes spay, microchip ID, collar and OHS ID tag, initial vaccines, courtesy veterinarian exam, and plenty of post adoption support! Availability is subject to prior adoption.
