The Oregon Humane Society's Dog of the Day is Aria (shelter #135979). She is a young and active six month old German Shepherd who is ready to find a place to call her own. She is spunky and full of life, which means that she needs someone who can keep her busy. This girl will need continued training and socialization so she can be one of the best canines out there. Aria is very smart but has not had the benefit of a permanent family with someone to teach her many basic commands or manners. If you have German Shepard experience and love to be kept on your toes than Aria might be a great companion for you. You can meet with her at the Oregon Humane Society, 1067 NE Columbia Blvd., Portland 503-285-7722. Visiting hours are 10am to 7pm on Sunday-Wednesday; and 10am to 9pm on Thursday-Saturday. Adoptions end one half hour prior to closing each day.

Her adoption fee includes spay, microchip ID, collar and OHS ID tag, initial vaccines, courtesy veterinarian exam, and plenty of post adoption support! Availability is subject to prior adoption
