The Oregon Humane Society’s Dog of the Day is Abby (shelter #138027). She is a sweet and loving seven year old Great Pyrenees mix who wishes she was lap size. She loves people and would like nothing more than to be at your side. If Abby has caught your interest be prepared to dedicate all of your time to her because she does not like to be alone and has a history of getting out... even from behind a locked door! Abby should not live with another dog and will not be the type of companion you take to the dog park as she is more into people. Abby will need to find a home with older children whose personalities match hers.  Calm and easy going. She still needs daily exercise and will need her people to be with her at all times when outdoors. Abby is ready to find her home for the holidays! A training consultation is included prior to her adoption.

Abby’s adoption fee includes spay, microchip ID, collar and OHS ID tag, initial vaccines, courtesy veterinarian exam, and plenty of post adoption support! Availability is subject to prior adoption
