PORTLAND – A benefit was planned Friday night for the DJ seriously hurt when a taxi smashed through the Jupiter Hotel last week.

The family of Jonathan Toubin said was still in critical condition and he “needs your positive thoughts and prayers for a quick recovery. Please keep your love and energy flowing."

The Radio Cab driver was thought to have suffered a medical episode before crashing through the room where Toubin was sleeping. He was pinned under the vehicle before rescuers freed him.

The benefit was set for Friday, December 16 at East End on SE Grand, with DJ Beyond and, DJ A Train, with some members of the Dandy Warhols.
