WEDNESDAY, 5/16 – Salem Soap Box Derby – We’ll spend the morning in Salem hanging out at the only dedicated Soap Box Derby racetrack on the West Coast, where members of the Salem Soap Box Derby Association are getting ready to host the 17th Annual Best in the West Classic later this Month & the 61st Annual Salem Soap Box Derby Local Championship in June.
