WEDNESDAY, 3/6 – Rose Festival’s Character Clown Corps – We’ll spend the morning with the Rose Festival’s Clown Prince to help recruit new members for the 6th year of the Festival’s popular Character Clown Corps, a program that allows “everyday citizens” the chance to learn how to be a professional entertainer and participate in the Grand Floral Parade, as well as many other Rose Festival events.
