WEDNESDAY, 3/31 – Pix Pâtisserie’s Macarons – We’ll spend the morning in the kitchen at Pix Pâtisserie’s North Portland location, where we’ll get a “behind-the-scenes” lesson from pastry chef & owner Cheryl Wakerhauser on the art of creating her traditional French Macarons & an opportunity to sample some of the more than two dozen macaron flavors she features in her dessert shops.
