MONDAY, 10/29 – 2012 Chitlin & Jambalaya Festival @ Po’Shines – We’ll spend the morning at Po’Shines: Café de la Soul in North Portland to preview this coming weekend’s annual Chitlin & Jambalaya Festival, a 2-day event where they’ll serve up a variety of dishes featuring the traditional Southern cuisine known as Chitlins… with proceeds from the event benefitting Po’Shines culinary program for at-risk youths.
