Blazers Guard Rudy Fernandez will not play tonight against Dallas after getting fouled hard against the Lakers. Fernandez is scheduledl to be at the Rose Garden tonight.
Fernandez has a bruised chest and a right hip pointer. The Blazers are riding a 12 game win streak and are in second place in the Northwest Division with a 40-23 Record. The Blazers are a half game behind the Jazz, who have won 12 straight.
