Limit three ads per day per person, group or business. Each ad may only appear once per day per section. Multiple people posting for the same item or service (i.e. business partners) will be considered a group. Only three ads a day -- one ad per day per section -- for the item or service will be allowed.

KGW.com does not guarantee the truthfulness or accuracy of the advertising placed on this site, and accepts no responsibility for claims of any kind resulting from the placement of such advertising. KGW.com assumes that all advertising is legal and is not misleading or untruthful. KGW.com is not responsible for any faulty goods or services advertised on this site, nor is it responsible for person-to-person communication. As with any transaction, BUYER and SELLER BEWARE.

Please be aware that there are scam artists out there who enjoy trying to take advantage of free services such as the one KGW.com offers here. If something sounds too good to be true, it probably is. If somebody outside the country "accidentally" overpays and asks for a refund, this is a hallmark of a classic scam.

Please proof read your ads very carefully. KGW.com cannot delete ads simply because they might contain a mistake, nor can KGW.com remove an ad because the item has sold. Ads remain on the site for five days after posting.
