PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) -- Want to figure out how big your personal slice of the "kicker" pie will be this year?
The Oregon Department of Revenue can help.
KGW
The agency has posted a "kicker calculator" on its Web site.
You just have to enter the amount of 2006 personal income taxes you owed before credits.
Or, if you want to do the math yourself, the refund will be 18.6 percent of taxes-before-credits.
So just multiply your taxes-before-credits total by .186.

State revenue officials have until December 15th to mail out 1.6 million checks. The median kicker refund will be $297, with average kicker amounting to $612. Those receiving refunds include Washington residents who work in Oregon and pay Oregon income taxes.
Oregon's one-of-a-kind "kicker" law calls for refunds to be kicked back to individual taxpayers when state tax collections are more than 2 percent above projections.
