It sits on the rails in a private lot in Southeast Portland that’s leased for $150 per month. And since it’s not technically real estate, there are no property taxes, according to realtor Laurie Holland.
The car was designed by Marc Riera, who specializes in studio spaces, residential and furniture design.

It measures 85 feet long by 9.5 feet wide and has 10-foot ceilings.
The modern interior features are hooked up to the grid, and it has DSL an electrical kitchen, and an incinerator powered toilet.
