Lake Oswego luxury car dealer arrested

LAKE OSWEGO, Ore. -- A luxury car dealer was arrested for failing to pay some consignment customers in Lake Oswego.
Customers told police 30-year-old Charles J. Seaman sold cars at Oswego Luxury on consignment and failed to pay the owners or deliver the required documents to at least seven people.

He was charged with unlawful consignment practices.
Police also closed Oswego Luxury, since Seaman’s auto dealer license expired on June 30.
Detectives think there could be more victims and asked anyone with information to call Lake Oswego Police.
