Nike's Jordan Brand president leaves after 4 months
01:34 PM PDT on Wednesday, May 14, 2008
BEAVERTON, Ore. -- The president of Nike's Jordan Brand is leaving the company four months after taking the job.
The sportswear company announced Wednesday that Garry Cook would be leaving to relocate his family to England. Nike would not comment on reports that Cook, a 12-year Nike veteran, is leaving to run a British soccer club.
Nike has named company veteran Keith Houlemard as President of the Jordan Brand.
The 43-year-old Houlemard has been with Nike for more than 19 years in various leadership roles, most recently as U.S. director for footwear merchandising.
