BOISE, Idaho -- Boise Cascade Corporation has announced the sale of its
Yakima, Wash. plywood plant and sawmill complex.
Frontier Resources of Eugene, Ore., is buying the complex, which
employees 357 people.
Terms of the sale have not been disclosed.
Some analysts say the company's best option would be selling its lumber and paper assets to pay down debt.
The OfficeMax purchase totaled more than $1 billion.
