PORTLAND, Ore. -- Sports Illustrated ranks the Oregon Ducks No. 4 in its college basketball preview, which was released Tuesday morning.

Oregon Ducks junior forward Chris Boucher is also featured on Sports Illustrated's cover.

Boucher averaged 12.1 points, 7.4 rebounds and 2.9 blocks per game last season.

The magazine ranks every college basketball team in the country, from No. 1 to No. 351. Sports Illustrated boasts its projection system, which simulates the season 10,000 times, has been the most accurate in the country the past two years.

The fourth-ranked Ducks were ranked fourth on offense and ninth on defense. Sports Illustrated predicts Oregon will win the Pac-12 and earn a No. 1 seed in the NCAA tournament.

The Pac-12 projects to get four teams into the NCAA tournament -- No. 4 Oregon (1 seed); No. 10 Arizona (3 seed); No. 16 UCLA (4 seed); and No. 17 Cal (5 seed).

Oregon State ranks No. 69 and projects to finish in ninth place in the Pac-12, without an NCAA tournament bid.

The University of Portland ranks 228th and Portland State 280th in the country.
