PORTLAND, Ore. - Washington County Sheriff's Deputies are searching for a man after he robbed the Lucky Dog Deli, between Portland and Beaverton.

According to a report from the sheriff's office, police were dispatched Saturday at 6:45 p.m to the deli, located at 4714 S.W. Scholls Ferry Road in the community of Raleigh Hills.

They were told a man had robbed the 26 year-old male clerk at gunpoint.

The robbery suspect reportedly entered the business and walked quickly towards the clerk, who was behind the counter. The man had a handgun and demanded the cash in the register.

The employee gave the man a small amount of cash and the man fled on foot. He remains at large late Sunday evening. The employee was not harmed.

The man is described as a Latino male in his late 20s with a medium build. He was reported to have worn a purple bandanna over his face, a black hoodie sweatshirt and black sweatpants.

Investigators are reviewing surveillance video and other evidence.
