VANCOUVER, Wash. – A 45-year-old man was killed in a crash in Vancouver early Sunday morning.

Eric Kent, of Vancouver, was driving eastbound on Highway 14, near milepost 5, when shortly before 2:45 a.m. his vehicle struck a guardrail and rolled down an embankment, according to Washington State Patrol.

WSP has not yet determined whether drugs or alcohol contributed to the crash, or what caused Kent to drive into the guardrail. They said Kent was not wearing a seatbelt.
