Driver crashes into Vancouver home

Nobody was injured and the car didn't hit any load-bearing structures.

VANCOUVER, Wash. — A woman drove a vehicle into a townhome or condo in Vancouver on Monday evening.

The vehicle crashed through the wall and into the downstairs living room area of the home, located at Northeast 86th Avenue and Northeast Burton Road, at about 5:45 p.m.

Nobody was injured and the vehicle didn't hit any load-bearing structures, according to Vancouver Fire and Rescue. Vancouver Police said the driver was not impaired, but she told officers she didn't know what had happened.

A woman was home at the time of the crash but she was upstairs.
