PORTLAND, Ore. — Portland police investigated a suspicious package found in Southeast Portland.
The package was found at around 6 p.m. near Southeast Cesar Chavez Boulevard and Stark Street. Traffic was closed in the area.
The Explosive Disposal Unit with Portland police was called to the scene and determined the device was not a bomb.
Streets have been reopened.
