PORTLAND, Ore. – A 21-year-old woman found dead in Southwest Portland Saturday morning has been identified by Portland Police as Samantha McAbee.

No signs of trauma were found during an autopsy Sunday morning, police said. The Oregon State Medical Examiner's Office continues to investigate and is awaiting toxicology to determine the cause of death.

Police say foul play is not suspected in McAbee's death.

Shortly after 9 a.m., Portland police received a report of a dead person in the woods near Southwest Barbur Boulevard and Capitol Highway. Officers were directed to the body by the 911 caller.

Detectives and the medical examiner were called to the scene after it was determined the person was dead.
