PORTLAND, Ore. – A pedestrian killed in a hit-and-run in downtown Portland has been identified. The vehicle involved has also been found.

The pedestrian was identified as 28-year-old Robby Gibb. His cause of death will be determined after an autopsy has been conducted.

The collision was reported shortly after 7 p.m. near Southwest 1st Avenue and Clay Street.

Witnesses told police Gibb was hit by a white vehicle. That vehicle has been found and the owner contacted, according to Portland police. No one has been taken into custody at this time.
