JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- A Bald Eagle became lodged in the grill of someone's car in Florida and thankfully survived to tell the tale!

According to the Clay County Sheriff's Office, the Bald Eagle flew in front of this citizen's car and became stuck in the grille. Both the Sheriff's Office and Clay Fire Rescue personnel responded and rescued him from the grill.

The eagle is alive and was turned over to the B.E.A.K.S Wildlife Sanctuary.

As of Tuesday morning the eagle was said to be doing very well.
