PORTLAND, Ore. - Two men have been arrested following an early Sunday morning shooting at a Southwest Portland house party.

Anthony Gray, 19, and Quandrae Harris-Streeter, 18, were taken into custody after police stopped a suspect car following the shooting. Several people were detained and questioned and the pair were arrested, police said.

They were being held in the Multnomah County jail on accusations that include attempted murder and weapons.

Officers were called out to a house party in the 0200 block of Southwest Hamilton Street at about 4:30 a.m. Sunday on reports of a shooting. Police said the party-goers were in their late teens and early 20s.

One person who was at the party was taken to the hospital with a gunshot wound; that person is expected to survive.

Witnesses said the suspect or suspects behind the shooting ran away before police arrived at the house. An unspecified house was struck by the gunfire.
