MILWAUKIE, Ore. -- A Milwaukie woman survived a frightening car jacking experience on Halloween day. She's still frightened because the man who stole her car, her house keys and her cell phone is still out there

On Tuesday, the Milwaukie Police Department released a sketch of the suspect, along with a drawing of a tattoo on his right forearm. Police also said the victim's car, a 1988 dark blue Toyota Camry with Oregon license plate YSR940, has not been located.

The suspect is described as dark-skinned, in his mid-30s with tattoos on his neck and arms.

The woman, who did not want to be identified, was driving by GracePointe Church near Southeast 42nd and Monroe at about 11 a.m. on Oct. 31 in Milwaukie when a bloodied man ran up to her car, pointed a gun at her, got in the car and made her drive him around.

Police say the man is possibly a suspect in a hit-and-run traffic crash earlier that day at Southeast McLoughlin Boulevard and Southeast Ochoco Street in Milwaukie.

He made her drive into Southeast Portland, where they picked up his girlfriend. The victim said the two sat in the back seat, snuggling and laughing.

After a couple hours of driving, the woman said she jumped out of her car and ran into Johnson Creek Dental Care at 4450 Southeast Johnson Creek for help at about 12:45 p.m.. She left her house keys and her cell phone in the car.

Anyone with information is asked to call Milwaukie Police at 503-786-7500. If you see the missing vehicle or someone who matches the description or sketch of the suspect, do not approach. Call police immediately.
