PORTLAND, Ore. -- A Portland-area man was arrested Wednesday for selling stolen Disneyland passes on Craigslist, and police believe there may be more victims.

Police were first alerted to the scam on Tuesday, when a victim reported that she bought two three-day passes from the seller for $150 each. She said she didn't know they were stolen until she got to the front gates of the Disneyland Resort.

She called police after returning to Portland. Detectives found the seller on Craigslist and set up a meeting to buy some passes.

"On Wednesday the suspect arrived at Southeast Stark Street and Southeast 102nd Avenue to sell more stolen three-day passes," said Portland police spokesman Sgt. Chris Burley. "Unbeknownst to the suspect, the person buying the tickets was an undercover Portland Police officer."

The suspect, 39-year-old Michael G. McCrobie, was taken into custody after selling the stolen tickets to the officer. He was charged with theft by deception, felony computer crime and attempted theft by deception.

Detectives think there are more people who bought stolen tickets from McCrobie in the Portland. Any possible victims are asked to call 503-823-4800 or email Jason.Harris@portlandoregon.gov.
