Cookie business cashing in on late night munchies

You can get just about anything delivered these days and that now includes cookies for your late night munchies.

PORTLAND, Ore. – You can get just about anything delivered these days and that now includes cookies for your late night munchies.

After Dark Cookies opened about three weeks ago and they’ve been capitalizing on the midnight snack consumer. The Southeast Portland business makes a variety of cookies, including chocolate chip, oatmeal and snicker doodle.

However, they only deliver from 8 p.m. to 2 a.m. Friday and Saturday nights.

"It’s really amazing to see how people light up when people see our cookies,” said Richard Kotulski of After Dark Cookies.

For now, the cookie business is using a church’s commercial kitchen to bake the late night goodies.
