Three arrested after horse rescue in Linn Co.

ALBANY, Ore. -- Deputies arrested three people for animal neglect after malnourished horses were seized from a pasture in Scio.
Linn County
Linn County Sheriff Tim Mueller said they found three malnourished horses at the property on Robinson Drive after a tip on July 30.

The property owner told deputies the horses were being boarded on the property, however they were not responsible for the animals’ care.
The two geldings and a mare were taken to a local veterinarian, then to foster care facilities.
Tammy Mae Adair-Snyder age 44, 46-year-old Mark Kevin Mask and 38-year-old Walter Lee Eaton, all from Scio, were booked and released on the charges of animal neglect.
