Russ Lewis can be seen weekdays on KGW Northwest NewsChannel 8 @ Sunrise and Noon with co-anchor Brenda Braxton and meteorologist Dave Salesky.
Lewis came to Portland from KTXL-TV (FOX) in Sacramento, California where he was an anchor and reporter. Before that he worked at KVOA-TV (NBC) in Tucson, Arizona.
A graduate of New Mexico State University, Lewis received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Broadcast Journalism.
After years of visiting family in Oregon, Lewis and his wife decided to move to the Northwest. They have two daughters. Lewis enjoys water-skiing, tennis and basketball.
